Out-of-Stock Items: If a product is out of stock and the lead time doesn’t suit your needs, you’ll have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Receiving Your Order: Upon delivery, you’ll be asked to sign for the goods confirming they are in good condition. If the package appears damaged, please check the contents before signing.
Reporting Damages: You have 48 hours after delivery to report any damages to us.
Standard Returns: We are happy to accept items returned to us within 28 days of purchase. Upon receiving and processing the returned items in our warehouse, we will offer you either an exchange or a full refund.
Returns Outside 28 Days: Returns made after the 28-day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Interparts. If accepted, these returns may be refunded as a credit for future purchases.
Condition of Returned Items: All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and must be in a saleable condition.
Non-Acceptance of Returns: Interparts reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used or worn and returned for reasons other than being faulty.
