The Makita UR013G 40V XGT Brushless Brush Cutter from ITS is the first from the brand that includes a 1.5kW engine which is the equivalent of a 35cc petrol engine. Excellently balanced thanks to the top loaded motor unit, this brush cutter, with bike-handle style control that offers precision control as well as efficient operation. Thanks to the way this trimmer has been designed, there is significantly less heat-build up meaning that you can work for longer. The multi-control joystick on the right hand position of the handlebar ensures convenient operation and full control over the cutter. Designed specifically to work in all weathers thanks to the IPX4 rating, the UR013 offers a 45cm cutting diameter and rotates up to 6700rpm. The UR013G Brush Cutter includes soft start control which prevents the ‘jump’ when some machines start up. The Constant Speed Control ensures that the Brush Cutter maintains speed, even under load, while the Anti-Restart Function will protect you, your plants in case you need to change the battery half way through the job. The cutter will even rotate in the opposite direction to remove any obstruction or entanglement. The hollow shaft allows for expert control and reduces weight. To further enhance the safety features of the tool, it also incorporates Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) which shuts down the tool to protect the user if the rotation speed suddenly slows down. At the heart of this tool is the brushless motor that allows you to use it efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently. The technology in creating a brushless motor system allows for perfect symmetry between battery power and usage ensuring you get all the power you need, when you need it.
