The DUH751 18v hedge trimmer features a powerful brushless motor that is more efficient than a brushed counterpart providing around 30% longer runtime and requires no maintenance. The double sided 75cm blade is designed for cordless hedge trimmers for faster, cleaner cutting with longer battery life and is capable of cutting branches up to 21.5mm making it a true replacement for electric and petrol trimmers.
Constant speed control delivers more power to the motor depending on the material being cut to keep the motor speed constant and three speed settings high/medium/low can be set to match the environment and extend battery life. The rear handle has an ergonomic rubber grip for firm control and rotates in 5 positions for comfortable prolonged cutting.
Safety features include automatic shut down, battery protection against over-discharge, high temperature and overload and an electric brake stops blades movement almost instantly that the switch is released. Other features include a reverse button that releases the blade in the event of a jam, soft start and a blade guard for storage.
